The NSE IFSC Limited (NSE IFSC) has issued a User Manual for submission of the Annual Compliance Audit Report by Broker Dealers through the ENIT Portal. The manual is intended to provide guidance and step-by-step instructions for completing the submission process.
The User Manual has been issued as an addendum to the circular dated June 19, 2026 concerning submission of the Annual Compliance Audit Report. Broker Dealers are required to refer to the manual for the prescribed process and ensure that their annual compliance audit reports are submitted through the ENIT Portal in accordance with the applicable requirements.
Broker Dealers are advised to take note of the User Manual and ensure timely compliance with the annual audit report submission requirements. The manual is attached to the circular as an annexure and is issued by the Regulatory and Compliance function of NSE IFSC.
